still waiting on my item almost a month after it was supposed to be delivered.
the customer service people didn't really care to even send me overnight, and they could have.
now it's been 2 more weeks and still nothing.
i can't take this anymore.
i was a returning customer and now i will let everyone know not to buy from them. i cannot take joss and main customer service, they keep giving me new dates every time i call and are unable or unwilling to really help me, they dont care that they lost my shipment and now i have to wait over a month to get it.
they lost it and didnt do anything about it.

Joss And Main needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
